Was there a change to /harvest that I don't know about? I can use the radial to harvest resources, but my macros don't seem to work anymore. Up until this morning's hotfix, I could still use /harvest to get a random hide/meat from a creature, since "/harvest meat" or "/harvest bone" seemed to want to harvest from a creature named Meat or Bone. Now even that doesn't work.
Anyone else having this problem? I hate using the radials, and employ macros whenever possible.

I have not had any problems with my macros for harvesting at all. I used them last night as a matter of fact. My harvesting macro looks like this:
/harvest bone
/harvest meat
/harvest hide
Not sure if that will help you or not, but this macro has been fine through the upgrade for me.

GrandPotato,
Do your macros contain the /loot all command? There is a weird issue where on some galaxies having the loot command will break the ability to harvest. I noticed this on Scylla. Otherwise there has been some loopy issues all around that I have been gathering. Some people are having problems harvesting if the creature breaks off combat several times during the fight.
If there is anything near you named meat or bone, such as a person, a named item like a backpack, etc. The command will try and harvest from that instead of the creature. That is why it is never a good idea to name your resource storing bags 'hide' 'meat' or 'bone' because no one will be able to harvest near your house. I also heard of someone who was having trouble harvesting because one of his companions was named Meat.

I do have /loot and /harvest in the same macro. Perhaps if I put the harvest first with a 1 sec pause, and then /loot.
