Its a bug. The blue sky thing is a different seperate bug I think. Though it is possible they are related.

I tried to deploy a scout tent for the first time last night. It appeared, then said I was leaving the camp, then it dissapeared. When the camp first appeared, it looked like a blue sky was under it or something. I was on tatooine. the second time the same. It worked the third time when I went into a deap crater and set it again. Is this normal?
