Thread: An amazing sight on Lok
Have any of you seen this? Down near the southern edge of Lok there is a huge red splot on the map. I ran there the other night and discovered it was a volcano. Strangely enough you can actually stand on the lava. I was standing on the lava looking around when things started errupting all around me. Hundreds (well, at least 20), birds burst out of the lava and flitted around the sky, flames streaming from their tails. A few minutes later they all disappeared. Definitely my most notable moment as a scout so far. You couldn't target these birds,only enjoy them. Who knows what else is out there?
Anyone else have experiences like this to share?

I've been to the volcano on my server. It's funny - a few people have set up houses there. 
I've never seen the birds though. That seems pretty cool.

I did go out to the volcano area, unfortunately I didn't experience the birds. Did you really see those things? You we're in a volcano area and probably suffering from dehydrated from the intense heat and started hallucinating. 
Seriously though I would have liked to have seen that.
By the way does anyone know the location of the cave that leads inside of the volcano I can't find it

I did /areatrack and saw a lot of assasin droids and droidicas - that must be where the cave is. I'll have to goback and track them down. Thanks! Right now I am am onDathomir experiencing floating stones and glowing sigils. It looks like stonehenge on top of that northern mountain. There is a cave here too, but whenever I walk in it I get pushed back out. Does anyone know this place? Is there a story arc related to it?
Man, people set up houses down there (Lok)? That is a LONG run! But definitely a great place for a player city... or a hermit Ranger (wink). I can't wait to explore Endor!

Speaking of interesting untargetable creatures...I took a trip down to the southeastern coast of Talus one day for the fun of it & found cool little crabs running around. Fun little trip.
