Is there a site that show how much hide, bone or meat usually can be harvested from named animals? Just wondering if such a list exists and where it may be. Thanks!

Harvesting hide and meat depends on a number of different things:

Is the animal skinny, medium or fat and healthy?

What level of hunting are you at?

Are you a Trandoshan?

Is there a shift in progress?

It would be difficult to compile these figures as they constantly flux with your character and the server. A good site to get information on hides and meats that creatures generate is swgcenter.com.
