There is a bug with creature harvesting, don't know all the details yet, but there has been reported several instances of major decreases in how muc you get when you harvest resources. Yes, we do know of the 60% when grouped, but there's more to it. It seems like you only get about half what you used to. This bug needs to be researched and eliminated. There are too many of us that depend on these resources.
/aretrack brings up house/buisness signs.
/conceal is broken often by low lvl mob's.
The /conceal is a great idea however Its broken. I am seen very often now by creatures and I have yet to be hidden from a NPC. The /maskscent is also the same, its safer to travel without using either of these two. I have even been attacked by aggro mobs that are off my radar screen(128M).
The /areatrack is broken also, Tracks dead creatures, if you track players you get a -1 meter on about half of the people on the list. It also gives you a distance and direction at master as you progress up the tree. It would be nice to get a waypoint also instead of guessing or something like rangers on everquest have.
The /harvest is also broken when your solo and have a pet you get the 65% reduction. This makes harvesting resources very hard for a Master CH/Master ranger combo, they have to have pets in order to kill anything.
With all the new changes in the ways you can get exp as a Ranger it has to be one of the FASTEST professions to Master now. I know most will hate me for saying this but this needs to be nerfed!
With the new /conceal idea i would like to know how a Master ranger can't find wood laying on the ground or fruit? We are forced to buy them or waste 15 skill points on novice artisian. I understand the use of metal such for traps and camps. These two resources should be gained by crafters. However I've never went to the forest and not seen berries/wood/ or flowers.
I believe they have hurt our profession more with these new changes than they have helped. I have one last question for the community. Don't they have a test server that they use to catch these bugs? WHY DON'T THEY USE IT instead of making me pay for debugging their game for them!!!!

I believe this is a bug - it was reported on TC too.
But since we really don't know what experimentation actually does, this may not be a big deal.

/areatrack tells us any items that have been dropped. very annoying.. i want to find creatures, not the deed in that guy's house.
They haven't given us more reasons to be a Ranger...only more incentive to take up crafting.
Yuck.
