if i'm CL21 with scout 4/0/4/4 and carbineer 1/0/0/2.......how can i go about gitting my traping XP...casue according to another post in this fourm by CL20 you should have got traping 1.....what can i do to get it if i'm allreay CL21

there is nothing you can do other than drop all skills and grind from the begining. Other than that submit a /bug report and a ticket everyday until fixed.
