Can a novice scout use the p-darts if someone else makes them

Nope. If you can't make them, you can't use them.

I think so but I can't say for certain, I've got a sullustan scout I had just created Sunday night and with only the first box in trapping I was using P-Darts. However, that might be because of the +10 to trapping they get which would have put his trapping skill to that of a non-wookiee/non-sullustan scout so that could be the reason right there. If you get some and are able to use them at novice scout with no boxes of trapping then please let us know.

What would be the point? Even if you could use them, your trapping mod would be way too low for you to stick them on anything worthwhile. Let me guess-- two elite (or hybrid) masteries, say smuggler or BH along with another ranged prof, and you want to p-dart krayts? Only a master ranger can consistently stick the big bads.

Actually I was interested in the skill level I would need to use them.Since trapping skill is against creature level then you are correct it is useless for me to use them even if I could(realized this after posting).Thanks for the quick replies
