I'm close to finish the entire Scout skill treeand Markman skill tree. I amCL15.

I intend to head for Master Ranger.

If i want to specialise in being quick, stealthy and effective (PVE rather than PVP): What choice do i then have with regards to Armour ? By now I carry no armour.

Any recommandation/field experiencesmuch appreciated. Thx.

Ranger will cert you for Battle Armor. This is the most balanced or the three types. If you are looking for a combat profession with Armor in mind I would pick something that gives you Assault armor, since that has the best kinetic defense and as a Ranger you mostly fight creatures that do kinetic damage. Then you can mix and match your battle and assault armors.

although, to be fair, the difference between assault and well-made battle with good layers is minimul.

my current padded (battle armor) is 6500 kinetic mitigation (over 50%). My helmet, which is composite (assault) is only 6800. Not that big a difference.

This is horrible! I return to find my new title on the forum is "Jedi". What's up with that? If they wanted to confer that I'm rare and learned, they'd make my title RANGER. and then make it camo colored.
