Thread: Survival Exp!
Saladin,
5 friends in a camp, while you're grinding out camps with a macro.
Read my From Novice to Master Scout guide for more info.

I just wanted to know what the quickest way of getting survival exp is.
Thanks!
I would like to refer you to the "From Novice to Master - How to Become a Master Scout Version 3.5 UPDATED!" thread stickied at the top of the forum to answer this question.
In addition, I would like to request that you make use of the search feature of the forums in the future before you ask a question, as many common questions (including the one you have asked) has been brought up more times than I can remember. I hope you don't take offense to me making this request, I would just like to see a little less noise on this board, which will help everyone in finding new and potentially useful information without having to sift through common questions.
I hope the information I have provided helps you, and wish you luck in getting through the wilderness survival tree. Thanks ![]()
Honest, it does eventually get done.
The other thing to do is take your mates out hunting, drop a camp every time you stop to heal / re-buff. Waiting for somebody catching up with you to go somewhere? Drop a camp. Suddenly remembered you need to **edit** next door and borrow a cup of sugar? Drop a camp.... (ok, maybe not the last one cos you'd be afk, but you're allowed afk for short periods...) Nature break? Drop a camp.
Even if you're on your all alone, drop that camp. You'll get some xp. Maybe half, maybe the full lot, but it's all good.
And you'll be done in no time, really.
No, really.
/innocent "Would I lie to you?"
Second, craft camps and craft traps both give you experience. Do it in practice mode so you gain the extra experience bonus and don't have tons of traps and camps clogging your inventory (unless you need them).
Third, try to place you camp in such a way so that you can fish while camping. This involved very precise placement and I personally haven't been able to do this (I also haven't tried really).
It will take time, but it's not impossible. Also, do try to enjoy the experience, /shout and let people know that you've got a camp if they need to heal in the field. If you have a higher level camp most people will never have even seen it and will probably end up going through some sort of shock that you can build something quite so cool.
