I started as a Marksman and trained in Novice Scout. Where do I get the generic crafting tool to build camps and such? Is the Weapon/Droid/General crafting tool from the bazaar what I need?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

No, look for the "General Crafting Tool". And at present, you'll probably have to find an artisan to build you 1. I've noticed on Gorath that there aren't many crafting tools available at present, as everyone is focusing on weapons, armor, and the more profitable items.
