Nope one used then thats it for it . All so dont engage in combat or ur camp is gone. If u leave ur camp too long it will disband also.

After I disband a camp it does not go back into my inventory. Is this a bug?

Nope, it's not a bug. They're only good for one use and then you have to make a new one.
