My main question is how long does your camp have to be active to be able to maximize the amount of experience you can get from your camp if only you are in it. I think the maximum is 600xp because that is the most I have gotten no matter how long I leave it, but I'm not too sure. So far I've been putting a camp down and going and reading a chapter or two in a book or lifting weights to pass the time. So when would I need to come back and make a new camp to maximize my exp?

You get survival XP based on the 'healing' that goes on in the camp.

I don't know the conversion, but I would be very interested in finding out, so I too can maximize the Survival XP. Going for Ranger here.. gunna have it maxed eventually.
