Scout Archive

I know traps, or at least none I've used cannot be used on anything except creatures. Are there any traps that can be used on non creature NPC's or PC's for that matter?

I'm almost a master scout but I don't plan on becomming a Squad Leader or Creature Handler so if I can't use any of my scout skills in PvP besides the movement ones i'm thinking of surrendering most my skills. If you can use them which ones and when do you get them?
