I have been trying to figure this one out for a little while and have figured it must come down to experience level of the entertainer i have frequently tried to entertain people in my camp with music and have entertainment healing level 1 but have no ability to heal them of BF. Which is odd since it says in the rules you can do this yet no one has ever been able to recover from listening while i piped something out.

Any ideas?

I'm not an entertainer, but I believe you can only heal Battle Fatigue in cantinas, hotels, and theatres.

Actually if you want to get technical, it says Entertainers can heal your "wounds" in a camp, not battle fatigue. As you probably know, Entertainers Heal mind wounds and Battle Fatigue, Medics, heal Health and Action. Entertainers can indeed heal Mind wounds in a camp. I think it would be nice to let entertainers perform out of cities, but I think this ability should be reserved for Ranger camps, not Scout.
