What does it take to get "Novice" under your name? I have all the lvl 1's and 2 of the 2's. I wanna be a "novice" !!!

All you need to do is go to Community (ctrl + p) and select character tab and then there is a spot that you can click to choose from a list of titles you can have. Easy as that.
