Is the max XP the same for each type of camp or does it change with the type of camp you get?
Currently, I'm sitting here making basic camps, waiting 3 minutes, disband the camps, and so forth and I'm only getting 360 XP max per camp.

And another thing, is there an easier more sane way of gaining wilderness xp?

Yes.The camps have different caps. Multiplayer is now 660 or so.
