I have been a pure crafter since the beginning and just surrendered all my points to become a pure combat class. Been doing pretty good, but the thing that is slowing me down is the survival experience. Is their anyway to speed it up? Does more people in the camp help? Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Pure combat class? Scout and Ranger are combat support, or did I miss something coming up?

You didn't miss anything. Some people have different opinions on our collective usefulness, that's all.

It could also be that Neelong is talking about one of the Elite classes. SL requires survival and while not damage dealing the only real use for SL is combat related.
