Any master can teach you the master box of that profession. The only time you need to see a npc trainor is when you want to get novice in that profession.

Hint. do a search for rangers. If you go to ctrl P screen and the Search Tab, drop down the profession list to ranger and hit search. Since rangers have master scout.
