I can't seem to figure out what will fit into the polymer slot for the adhesive mesh. Does anyone know what type of polymer you have to use?
Thanks,

Hmmm, I tried Class 6 Liquid Petro Fuel, Triide and it doesn't work. Am I using the wrong kind of chemicals?

Wrong stuff. You have to use polymer, actual name of the stuff changes, but it is a polymer. Nothing else works. And if you find a supplier, buy a bunch, because adhesive traps come 2, thats two, to a crafting.
If you are on Scylla, I know this Ranger outside of Tyrena on Corellia who has a boatload of the stuff, just sitting in his crafting machine.

If you haven't already done so, find an NPC Artisan trainer (/find trainer:artisan) and get Novice Artisan for a little while. You can usually buy a Chemical Survey Device from the Bazaar for about 100-500cr (if you're on Naboo on Bloodfin come to Keren and I'll give you one -- I need the crafting XP).
The survey tool will list what Polymers are available on your planet. Usually there are 1 or 2 on each of the starting planets.
Liquid Petrochemical Fuels and Lubricating Oils are not Polymers. Polymers are their own subset (of Inert Petrochemical if I remember right -- I rarely pay attention to it now) and are labeled specifically as Polymers when you examine them or look at your list in the chemical survey device.

Polymer is an inert petro chemical, and there are about 100 different names for it, depending on the planet/server. You have to use polymer, nothing else works. It's usually not all that rare, but as people know we need it, its usually pricey.
