How much longer can you run with 4-0-0-0? I was wondering to pick up scouting for pvp so i could run faster...not sure if its worth the points pistol/tka

Spoooks,
From our testing, our burst running isn't faster, unless it's uphill. What the burst run efficiency gives you is less HAM cost for burst running.
So for PvP it's useful - but only if you're going to be fighting on hills.

That's my other favorite book. Machiavelli was a misunderstood genius.

I don't know about genius, but he was definately an astute political theoriest, and I believe misunderstood by most. While not IMHO a person to hold up as a role model for a statesman, he ishardly the boogie-man he is often portrayed as. Rather than the malevolent manipulator; he was really a pragmatist, if perhaps a bit too much on the amoral side.The truth is Machiavelli was an addict,politics was his drug, and unlike most addicts of any variety he could write.
