I take that to mean they will not attack unless you are right in their face, or you attack them first. If you do attack first, be ready for the whole bunch to come play.

Some NPCs are red, but as I have +5000 faction with them, they not only don't attack me, they help me.

If they're red, they aggro, despite what it may say in /examine.

If you can give me specific critters, I'll bring 'em to the Devs attention.

The ones I know for sure are Veermok Hunter and the Swamp Tusk Cats. I'm pretty sure I saw some others, but I'll double check before listing them.

Sorry about that. My observation:There some creatures that show up on the radar as red, but when you examine them it says "Aggressive: No"? Is this a bug? Which is correct? I have already found a couple of creatures like this and I'm curious.

Hermit spiders on Naboo also. Show up red, won't aggro you. If you attack one, the rest just sit and watch it go down. Just the basic hermit spiders, can't remember about the guards or queens.

Hermit spiders will actually RUN AWAY when you attack them. Very annoying for melee fighters.

on Corerilla if you go to the POI of the cult cant remember exactly what they are called theres loads of reds but you can go through them and walk amongst them and even open containers and they wont do anything didnt try taking them on

That would be Lord Nyax, and his merry band of morons. If you have positivefaction with them, they don't mess with ya. Woe to have negative faction (I do, I do, like -5k) as they swarm like locusts.

Drall are the same way.

Nightsisters like me for some reason, and do not aggro me at all.

This is a little off topic, but a friend and I went to the Warrens the other day. I had literally no faction and he had covert Rebel, and the only things that aggroed in the entire place where the Imperial death squads (ouch) and the mechanical monsters. None of Teraud's people, the cyborgs, or the AT-ST attacked. Teraud himself wasn't there when we got to the end, but I'm guessing he wouldn't have attacked either. What's up with that?

THE BEST NPC to have faction w/ is the trusty singing mtn clan!!!! I was fightin some ns & suddenly a singing huntress comes up & uses her trusty stim d's on me 8) it was incredible!
