Thread: /harvestCorpse not working?

I noticed a while ago that the command was changed from /harvest to /harvestCorpse, so I changed my macro accordingly and it worked, but now not even /harvestCorpse is working. Is anyone else having a similar issue or know how I can fix this so I don't have to click on the stupid radial menu every time I want to harvest something?

Doesn't work, that's what I am saying. The /harvest command got replaced with /harvestCorpse, and now /harvestCorpse seems to not even work. I had a couple people in my group try it too and they had the same issue.

I have been using /harvesthide and /harvestmeat all week. Works fine.

Where/when did you see this /harvestcorpse command??

As an aside, if you /lootall; /harvestxxx on an NPC, that sometimes messes the command up for use on creatures. Relogging cures that. Use /lootall only...no harvest... for NPCs.

This might sound stupid, but make sure you're not near a house named 'hideout' or 'meat factory' or 'bonehouse' or something like that. There was this one area of cor. where /harvest hide would always give me an error, and then I discovered that I was standing under one of the 1000 or so houses named 'hideout' on our server.

I have had three "/loot; /pause 0.1; /harvest yyy" macros, recently adding a fourth for milk and have never had issues. Try going back to just /harvest.

Did you have anyone in the group with a name starting with "meat" "hide" or "bone" ?

And yes, this is a serious question

But honestly, who could resist the allure of a guy named Meatwad
I really enjoy watching the starwars movies now, knowing that somewhere in the crowd of extras in the background is a guy named named "Meatwad" or "ChewinToBacca" or OWn3RzF@gN3rdZ," etc...

hehe, yeah we implemented the "Meatwad Rule" whenever he was there... and had to explain each time that we had to use the radial menu to harvest..

He is not joking. It's been working fine for me all week. Grouped or not. We used to have somone we hunted with who had the word meat in his name. I'll not say the full name to protect the innocent. But if he was grouped, NO ONE in the group could harvest using the commands. It could only be done using the menu. Have you tried using the radial menu, to see if even that works for you?
