Just east of the Theed falls (to the right if you're going over the falls) above the plains there's a platform built into the cliff. It's a flat, wooden structure with two torches and a bowl or something in the middle. Does anyone know what this is? I don't think it's Galaxy-specific, but if it is I'm on Kettemoor.
