I was just on the other day trying to raise my Scouthing XP so I could get Exploration IV for Bounty Hunter. I needed around 7k. I found that you can Mask Scent, and then just hop on a Speederbike Swoop and run around looking for spined snake, Flit lairs. Or any other lair you can find. If you are successful in masking your scent, you'll gain a small amount of scouting XP per creature for small ones, and significantly more for the harder ones. You want to stay on the bike though, so you can just keep booking if you are detected. Note that this only works on Agro creatures. If you are detected, just keep fleeing until you are no longer being stalked. Get off the bike and re apply mask scent, and repeat. I did this and got around 10k scouting XP in about 45 min. EASY!!!!!!!! try it!

in 45 m i can get 40k xpkill voritor grassland hunters.u get 956xp 4 harvesting them.get a group and kill loads many ppl can harvest them(if u are in group)if u are fencer or rifleman or BH u can solo em.gjust make sure u got full comp and full buff.

I really love it when BH wanna be's tell us how to master something.

Then they hit Investigation and whine for days as they can't "cheat" or macro through it. Gotta love it.

Oddly enough, when I decided to go BH for role-playing purposes, Investigation was the first line I mastered. My secret was "playing the game" and "doing missions". It's a crazy way to do things, but I think I've hit upon an exploit. If you enjoy your proffession, and you actually do the work, you get through the proffession and get this crazy sense of accomplishment. I don't know if it's working as intended, 'cause it sure feels like cheating.

It's the crafting professions where you really have to grind ... you don't gain XP for anything else, really, and not many want to buy what you make until you hit Master. At that, Scouting is easier than Survival, you can gain Scouting while you do other things, the only things I know of for Survival are camps and fishing (not that I ever bothered with the line, but I could use the fish meat).

Well the BH investigation is a grind to most. But im with the bothan i had fun with it. Sure it took an hour per mission but having to track down my pray. Having to chase them through starports and around planets. It was real content and a lot of fun.

Honestly, I don't get why they're complaining. I really wish more missions were like that. I'm praying the devs read the Outdoorsman 2.1 proposal (it's the Rangers' proposal) and give us a hunting mission like the BH's but instead hunting animals. That'd just be awesome.

YOU guys are just too mean. Don't you know that they should make us Rangers like BH tracker bots, and we should just spend all our time and money hopping from planet to planet, tracking their marks for them for free? I know, I know... it's THIER mission, but I mean, WE have tracking as rangers, so we should just track what they want, when they want, right now! Cause they're the ub3r 133t! And get on to finding that boar while you're at it too...
