Thread: How many traps come to a factory crate?

I'm getting down to brass tacks now about completing scout (currently 3-3-3-4) and I'd like to put my equipment factory to work making traps to save inventory space. However, it's tough to get that initial quantity of hides and bone to make a run, so I probably won't be making a full run of 100 of the three traps I use most often (glow-wire, P dart & Noise Maker).


Bottom line is, can anyone tell me how many traps come to a crate? I've only made powerups (10 per crate), but I understand that different items (meds, etc.) come with a different number per crate. I'd like to know so I can ensure I set up the factory to be as efficient as possible. Can anyone tell me?

You get 25 traps per crate. This is absolutely the best way to stock up on traps for a big hunt I also make my camp kits in crates when I can. Sure, I miss out on a bit of exp from not crafting, but honestly, I'd rather carry them with me than have to break out the crafting tool while I'm in the wilderness.

Thanks for the quick answer. I'm thinking that if I scrounge enough hide and bone for a run of 1 crate each, that'll last me long enough to gather enough resources for full runs of 100. I'm already master art and chef (and I'll be dropping those as I move up ranger), so gen crafting xp iswasted on me. I might miss the wilderness experiencefrom crafting a little, but I'm in no rush to finish frontiering at this time.
