Hello again,
When Resources change on one planet, do they change on all planets in that Server, or is it that they change randomly on one planet independantly of the other planets on the Server?

What Fodder said is so true.
Resources shift randomly on different planets, at different times of the day now that daily reset is gone, and differ from galaxy to galaxy.
There is no rhyme or reason. I have (raises right hand, swears on a stack ofbooks) seen an organic resource shift multiple times in a 24 hour period. Day 1, 8 am, Talus herbie was insane, no stats under 900, two over 950. I start harvesting. 12pm, the creatures are "sickly" - usually means a shift is inbound. 12:30...shift. Meat now sucks, no stats over 650/700. But wait, 4 pm, a third shift, to something semi-acceptable. In disgust, I go play real life for a bit. The next day, at server restart - another shift. Not as good as the first, not as bad as the second, one stat over 900.
Organics tend to shift the most, inorganics appear to me to be slower. I harvest and mine. I have gotten the same crappy steel day after day (ok, at 79% so I get a lot) for weeks. Right now on my server, Endorian herbivore is ok, not great, but ok. I have been getting goodly amounts of it. It has been there so long the price dropped 50%. Unheard of. I blame the holidays.
And because XYZ meat is good on server A ... well that means that XYZ meat is good on server A. It has no impact or effect on other servers. There may or may not be the same meat on other servers, and it may have differing stats if it does appear.
SWGcreatures is still the place to go to check on stats. Use advanced search. Be advised sometimes they run behind by as much as two days or so. I always check the first kill when harvesting to see if there has been a shift in my absence.

Ok two things first is " In disgust, I go play real life for a bit". Which is a signature worthy quote.
Second is using swgcreatures for resource checking. Thats not the first time i have seen someone say that. I always use, and have tried to update, swgcraft for that. Does SWGCreatures have the same database?

Its independent and random. Not all resources shift at once either.
