With all the changes to the game...good and bad...I find several things remain the same.
There is so much new stuff to do in the game, so many folks are having fun.
This is a great thing.
The loot changes, the GCW changes, the vetran rewards.
Now I read about changes to the vendors that will make shopping way easier...(but many things harder)( I am against these, if my vote counts)
Folks used their 30k resource reward and made great money selling what they got. Folks horded hundreds of thousands of units of the best avian meat. Made millionairs of some few who needed it...or not...
Wonderful.
Now I have to ask...Who is actually hunting for animal resources anymore? What about those folks who need great Hide, or Bone for their armor?
The BE who needs Meat, Hide or Bone for their Tissues and additives?
The Chef who needs Meat, and Hide for his recipes?
Who is hunting for them?
As far as I know...the list is very very short, and growing shorter.
Many of the top crafters can afford any price for any amount of the best resource to be hunted. Many of you sell to them and that is great. Several of my clients are on the top 10 Crafters list as well.
Many New crafters get bumped out of their craft by the "Big Boys" not because the big boys bump them on purpose . But because they can't get any resources without creating an Alt to hunt for themselves.
Or they settle for lesser stats for stuff just to get ANY amount of a resource. Which hurts their business because it doesn't compete with the rest of the market.
There is no reason for this if Hunters actually hunt. Or if they get their harvests out of their houses or packs and onto the market.
<LORE> is a Hunting guild dedicated to supplying crafters with the animal resources they desire to craft their best wares. We are but a few of the able and dedicated hunters out there.
If you Hunt because you like to, and don't have a place to sell your harvests, send me a tell or mail. I pay a fair price for any harvest, and a good price for any resource that is currently being sought for it's good stats.
<LORE> has a vendor for animal resources in Brenn on Rodeo Dr, and in the LORE tent in VOW on Naboo.
Ask me anytime what I pay for your harvests (if you are grinding a combat profession continue to harvest because even grinding resources are needed)
If you are a smaller crafter, check the vendors for small stacks of great stuff that shifted out before big stacks could be collected.
If you are a Scout or Ranger, or hunter of any kind and are thinking of joining a guild, give <LORE> a thought.
I reckon my point is this...I would hate to see a rise in the cost of animal resources just because no one is hunting them, or because those hunting just dump what they have on the bazaar or their guild merchants who have no particular client base for it.
The "Big Boys" will never have trouble getting what they need because they can afford it, have an Alt or 3, or have a guild to supply them.
The "not so big boys" have you and I...the "regler joes" who hunt cause we like to...
:::these are just my thoughts and do not purposely reflect the thoughts of anyone else, living, dead, undead or cloned, or those who don't have thoughts or can't for any reason, natural or unnatural have thoughts of their own:::

this isn't a recruitment post on purpose.
It was meant as a post of concern and wonder, curiosity...
and the part about checkin out LORE was just an invite for like minded folks...that is all...
as I said...just my thoughts
