/conceal is a Ranger ability. Originally given in the first box of the Ranger's wayfaring line.

but... it was removed in beta to be reworked and hasn't been returned.

Camouflage also affects your chances of being detected with such things as Mask Scent and Conceal Shot.

That's right. The Rangers have been scrambling to find something that is approximately the same as /conceal, without using that specific skill.

Ghillie suits, special types of camps and other options have been suggested, but we are still waiting for a final solution.

I see that the Camouflage skill aids concealment, as put forth in the UI skill section, but I cannot find where a character may get the /conceal command? What profession gets it? Where? Who? What?
