I haven't had a chance to try this out yet. My low boredom tolerance has kept me from mastering scout since I can't bring myself to do the hours of power-camping needed of the rest of Survival 4. Now that it's supposed to have improved, I'll probably go ahead and do it.

So, how long does it take for a multiperson camp to cap out at 800, now?

It appears that there was a trade-off: the caps on the lower level camps appear to have been reduced, however the time it takes to get the full amount of XP has increased.

So you'll go through more camps quicker to get the XP you want.

I think this is a fair trade off - plus it helps to relieve the economy of the surplus hide and bone out there.
