Thread: Delta can you explain the Borked Harvesting
Stupid question time.
Can you harvest anything from this beastie? Bone, some other kind of hide, meat?
I know that some of the boss animals don't have the same type of hide as the lessers - example - diseased vrelts give leather, while the big one gives bristley.
Just wondering, as I never have hunted thunes.

I've noticed the same thing in my travels on Dantooine. I tried all 3 types of harvests and never get anything from the hostile thune mothers. If you /exam them, they show types for both hide and meat, but neither are harvestable. Trying to harvest bone yields nothing as well.
And yes, this is kind of frustrating when taking out a lair in which 2 of every 5 creatures spawned is a hostile thune mother. That's a pretty drastic reduction in harvest.
Pluto,
Thanks for the info.
Be sure to /bug it, and I'll add it to my list of bugs to send the Devs.

A Hostile Thune Mother currently doesnt allow harvesting. The loot option i have given up on as in every previous try yields nothing.
Now this means nothing to most people, i however live on Dantooine. When 2 of the 5 spawns at a Thune lair are mothers it greatly reduces the amount of wooly hide i am able to procure. Thats not too bad in and of itself but when you combo that with Huurtons yielding very little wooly per kill then its very frustrating.
Is this the only borked MOB that cannot be harvested? Is there something special that should be on the loot table from AHTM but isnt?
I know there may be other bigger bugs/issues and i agree that these should be fixed but in the course of a week i lose out to this being broke. Please explain it even if it cannot be fixed soon. Or see me in game and give me the wooly hide ive not gotten in 2 months.
Wish you were Correspondent for all my other professions you seem very active and i like that.
Secondly, to answer the other question. I have never been able to harvest anything from them. So meat, hide and bone if they are supposed to be on the loot tables are not.
