Starchy! Your in-game name is Mustapha Mond?! I take it you enjoyed Brave New World. That was a good book...

Really depends on the stats Starchy... I can tell you that last weeks Wanderhome incarnation of Tat Leathery (Mioke) had DR of about 865 and OQ of something like 905 and it was going for 10cpu. This is the price at least 4-5 Armorsmith's were offering.

I'm not sure how in demand Leathery is on Chimaera though. So prices may vary... if you have 1k or more units try offering it for sale on your server's message board.

Thanks, I just sold 2k on Chimaera for 6 cpu... dunno if it was a good deal or not. I can check the stats by examining, right?

Vriko,

I love that book, too.

Starchy, I don't know if I would be able to kill a World Controller in PvP. I hope you're an Imp.

Now...where did I leave that soma....

Haha... yeah, it's an allusion to BNW. Love that book.

And no, I'm not an Imperial... not a rebel either. My neutral position goes with the whole smuggler attitude -- go where the money is.

Yeah, it's a GREAT book. I'm just finished a research paper on it. My thesis (remembering off the top of my head): Huxley demonstrates how important the past is to the present by showing the reactions of John the Savage, who has a strong knowledge of cultural history and poetry, to a civilized society that bans all study of the past.
Something like that. I turned it in already.
