I have a pole, and I have bait. I have baited my pole and I am a basic scout skill. How do you start to fish

I believe the command is /fish. I just built my own Rod & reel yesterday. I can't wait until tonight to try it out!

I tried to fish but I didn't know what to use as bait. What do you use?

i found a bunch of fishing bait while foraging the other day.

Once you have a:

1) fishing pole (make it with a general crafting kit, or buy one on the bazaar)

2) bait (/forage for it, or buy it from the bazaar)

you need to do the following:

1) bait the pole by dragging the bait to the pole in your inventory.

2) be near water!

Then, I use the radial dial (from the fishing pole in my inventory) to start fishing.

Fishing is mostly automatic. Once you get a cast out there a window will appear allowing you to tug up/right/left and reel in. Your bait will degrade quickly, forcing you to re-bait the pole.

That's what I get for never forraging
