I currently am a rifleman/marksman and wanting to work on having some skills on a scout. I'm trained in scout, have picked up some skins, but no bones so far from corpses. What is needed to make a camp and what is the command? Is it just /camp ?

Depends on the level of camp. The basic camp only requires bones and hide, use your Generic Crafting Tool to craft it and then simply double click it in your inventory to use it, or put it in a quick slot.

Ok, so I need a generic crafting tool. Don't think I ever got one of those when starting the game, but am guessing I can buy one in the bazaar. What's needed for a more advanced camp than the basic one?

You'll need more hide and bone, and you'll need the skills. As you progess higher in the Survival tree, you'll gain access to different camps.
