I just started a new charactor and made him a scout. I have been up to master ranger on a different charactor.

I was wondering how else you get survival expirence besides camping. I played my new charactor for about 4 hours and never once laid down a camp but I have 114 exp. Where is the exp coming from?

Any imput is appreciated.

If you've made a trap or a camp - thats how you've gotten that XP. We got the Devs to change that XP from crafting to survival back in July of last year.

You get survival xp from fishing as well.
