Thread: Something that might be helpful (especially WANDERHOME)

Recently I started thinknig about trying to find a way to consolidate offers concerning Creature Resources on my server. the problem was that everytime someone posted a request for a resource it was buried by 5-10 pages of sales on the trade boards. My response was this post:

After having posted this I started recieving several G-mails and tells looking for the help of large scouting teams. As the post says... in the past few days my guildmates (non professional scouts) and myself have raised over 30k units of resources from Dathomir, Lok and Yavin. We've been getting offers on these resources for 20, 25, and 75cpu. Besides being given the location forgreat spawns, we've managed to raise alot of cash. Just thought I'd share the idea for those that are having problems raising dough, or are not sure if they're selling things for the right price.
Through this method... I get approached with a price that I can haggle as I go.

Having somewebsite that the players of Wanderhome (and potentially other galaxies) could go to either solicit resource orders or look up posted orders would be the next logical step. There is a website called SWGCraft.com where, among other things, people volunteer information about the latest resource spawns across the galaxies. However, they seem to focus almost exclusively on "mined" resources not "hunted" organics.Making a moreScout/Ranger type version of this might be worth looking into. If your guild hasalready has a website, would they be interested in trying something like that?

I only wish I had the knowledge to accomplish this. For now I'm just doing alot of the dirty work by hand.
