Hi my main toon is a Master scout, CH and swordsman. and i've been thinking about setting up a vendor for scouting goods. traps and camps. is there a market for this??? can i make some money for it. Only got thinking about it as i'm making money selling medical supplies from my alt.
If anyone is already doing this can you let me know what things sell and for how much. i want to sell my stuff at the same price. so i'm not undercutting anyone

If you want to make money as a Master Scout, CH and Master Swordsman, the best way to do it unfortunately is to hunt with your huge PVE power, i.e. doing Jantas missions for 27k a run or hunting for loot at night sisters.
Another way to make money would be to wait till a good spawn of WOOLY hide comes out with Overall quality and shock resistance over 900, as armorsmiths pay about 75 cpu for this stuff on average i.e. collecting 100k of the hide would give you 7.5M
There are a lot of better ways to make money with your character than selling scout items, believe me.

Short answer - nope
Long answer - unless you are producing in crates, and by your template, you aren't, forget it. Why would I buy traps I can make? Unless they were in a crate of 25 or so, forget it. Camps? I make em on the fly.
Actually tried selling stuff at one point, miserable failure. Went back to harvesting. Making millions, plural.

Unfortunately, JBMat is right. Only the absolute most lazy (and even I don't fall into that category) of Scout is going to buy camps and traps singly off a vendor.
Crates, on the other hand, are great, because they save inventory space.
The best thing, still, to sell to make monkey are the harvestables you find out huntng.

PS- Find a player city with an "Improved Job Market" out on Dant. Those 27k Mokk missions become 33k there.

Now there might be one way to make a living selling crates. If your at wayfaring IV or Master Ranger. You could sell the different conceal kits to Rangers who dont have the high level wayfaring. But that would be ranger sales and not scout like the title says

my onlt point was you dont need special skills to run a factory anyone can (others comments about not buying singles but would buy crates).

Im with the others on this. Money in scouting comes from harvesting and finding an armorsmith or chef thats in need constantly.

im a ranger and the key to money is simple
like the post above find a trust worthy doctor,armoursmith/tailor and chef get them to mail u the spawn and there cpu rate and go hunt it.... i only hunt if i want but i have several clients and i know what they want know as soon as i get wind of a good spawn. im usually straight off to dath to hunt high stated carn meat for my chef friend, or getting wooly hide or avian and the cash comes in nicely...... and veghesh always comes in handy!

What everyone else has said. Crates of traps and camp kits are great; but I'd never consider buying an individual trap or camp off a bazaar. Much less expensive to make 'em myself from spare hide and bone I've already got laying around in my inventory.
