Thread: Bioclothes or CA/AA's for Creature Harvesting??

Are there such things? I maxed out my template and can now only get hunting1. I'd love to harvest more (I already have a droid and use veghash) so is there anything else out there to play with?

Nope- no BE clothing for harvesting.
You're at the highest level you can get.

This is gonna sound stupid, but if you think about it, it makes sense.
Hunt with a friend, a guildie preferably, who will be willing to share the harvest with you, or you will be willing to share the harvest with him.
Alone, you get 100% of the total harvest. Grouped with another player, you lost 40%. But if you group with someone who can harvest at least as well as you can, you get 120% of the harvestable material - if and only if you both harvest the same material. 60% and 60% = 120%. 3 people mean 180%.... well you get the idea. I can only guess that a max group of 20, all Master Rangers would get a ton of meat off of one kill. Too bad I don't think any server has 20 Master Rangers, but that's besides the point.
That is the only way you can get more resource at this present time.

Or get a harvesting droid mine is a little better than a master ranger and I only am novice scout

The harvest droid is not better than a Master Ranger. It works off your skill. That 110 rated droid gets 110 percent of what you would get, veghash included. If you would normally get 50 untis off a kill, you now get 55. That's how it works.
Basically, you spent how much for a droid to get 10% max more harvest. Figure in maintenance, batteries, time spent chasing it all over the county, time spend giving it the right commands and targeting the dead kill...bah... get a killer droid instead. The quicker you kill, the more you get an hour.

You know JB there is a DE Correspondent opening. And somehow i think you should go for if only as their number 1 cheerleader. How manycombat droids have you burnt out?

Exactly. He needs to have an alt DE just to save himself all the money hes spending on combat R3's. Doesnt anyone else see a combat R3 and think of Erwin from Userfriendly?

Now that you mention it ---
I bought a crate of 5 R3s. I still had Bun-Bun and Hammer (R3 and probot) and got them a new batch of friends. Now I have3 killer droids up and running - Bun-Bun, Tank and Hammer, with Tango ( a craft machine/110 medic/10 item storage) helping out from time to time.
I still have 4 sitting in the crate in my house. Xmas presents perhaps?
And anytime I get to use something with no skill points, I am all over it.
