Scout forum is for Scout Problems and Issues.
Not for people who don't take the time to read the stickies.
I'll do you a favor and point out the scouts for hire list at the top of the forum, but other than that...trade forums are your friend.

I don't have a problem with people posting requestsfor stuff - but you're right. They need to read the stickies first.
