The critters you would expect to: Rancors, Tortons, Torturs, Fambaas, Grauls, Pikets, Arachne Warriors, etc.
The tougher the creature, the higher the harvest. The bigger the creature, the higher the harvest.

If you have ranger skills that also helps get a bigger yield.
