I've been thinking and I think I might have one that works. For this you need a pet with the patrol command.

First set your pet on patrol to a distance, try 100 meters or so, it needs to be far enough to get your camp to disband. Then set up your camps in your toolbar. Using UI toolbarSlotxx to create them. Set your time for whatever you need most people like 40 minutes. Now you need to time your pet so you know when to stop follow, make sure you do this in a clear area with no aggros.

Time it so you know precisely when your pet returns to the camp and have a stop follow command there.

What should happen is you should wait in your camp for the alloted time, then go follow your pet as it leaves the camp moving far enough away so the campdisbands. Then you will return to your campsite, /stopfollow, and wait for the camp to dissapear. Finally you will make a new camp and the process will repeat. Complex, but I think it could work, testing it today.

Az,

Someone came up with one that required a friend to duel.

Someone came up with one that required a pet.

They're all out there.

But none of them are better than doing it the hard way.

Master Bounty Hunters Iron? Does the armor wrinkle if it gets wet?

Ok, I will admit to manly activities, like mowing the lawn whilst camping.

But that was as close to macro camping as I came, afk camping, and honestly, I was not afk for long, I was there... usually crafting decent powerups (I had artisan at the time...silly me)

This is true. Every hologrinder I talked to just sat in their camp, crafted traps and more camps and disbanded every 20-30mins (whatever the cap is nowadays) and setup a new camp. No fancy macros or elaborate schemes.

Its not really that hard folks. Heck a lot of us did it in a day when crafting camps and traps gave general crafting XP that could be applied to artisan. I just sat infront of the computer and did ironing and remembered to disband my camp every couple of minutes. When I was playing and maybe waiting for friends out in the wilderness I would sit in a camp. Just do it as you go, and you won't even notice Survival.

You'll find doing things the way they were intended to be done will be a greater benefit to you down the road. If you just use that grinder's tunnel vision and just grind to grind you will miss out on how to play the game. When my hologrinder buddy unlocked his Jedi I told him, "Good now you can slow down and learn how to actually play the game".
