I go on Destro Jundland Eopie missions because they pay pretty good. They are rated a lvl 13 mission most of the time. My problem is lately, desert eopie have been hanging around which are to high lvl for me. So...I go around and hunt and harvest the jundland eopie (and milk both jundland and desert), but as soon as I attack the lair, the desert eopie come after me. I escape but I have to abort mission because their is just no way. Is this a bug or just a fact of life in the game?
Someone was saying I could scare them off with warning shot or something. It just aggravaes them into attacking...lol...My traps do not seem to do anything. Any suggestions?

BD,
Bring a friend who's tougher or increase your combat skills.
I'm not familiar with the critters, because the only thing I really hunt on Tat are Krayts.

How do I get more combat skills? Are u suggesting I go brawler also on top of marksman?

You have plenty of SPs left over. Pick up an elite combat profession to boost your combat abilities. I suggest rifleman. Also, you have novice CH... use your pet to tank for you while you shoot the desert eiopes. With a pet tank, and a decent laser rifle you should be able to pick off those desert eipoes. Train ranged support IV and get supression fire as well.
I was able to take desert eiops at Unarmed II. So I'm sure you can take them with the right tactics at your level.
BTW, all creatures will attack you if they see you attacking their lair. Just something they do. Some will attack if they see you attacking one of their own (called social creatures or pack attack).

This worked for me when I was at your level, but I did take some damage. And I used some stimpacks.
Attack the desert eopi, not the lair until you've got it.Try getting off as many headshots as you can with your rifle. When the desert eopi charges at you, stand up and run. Still using headshots, eventually the eopi backs down and look a little tired. When that happens you shouldn't have a problem finishing it off. Do this with all the desert eopis that spawn, seldom more than two per lair. And you'll get good xp for them! IF you use some traps you will also get much trapping xp if they hit.
Hope this helps!

I also had this happen a ways back, there would always be a desert eopie there when I got to the mission.Your sig says you have trapping IV,I don't know what traps you were useing, but try the P-dart,back off,get off a shot or two,and repete. If it isn't comming at you,it can't hurt you. Also getting atleast novice rifleman wouldn't hurt either.
