Is it possible to use factories to build camp kits?

What type of factory would be needed?

Do we need artisan skills to do that?

What would be the appx. cost to maintain the factory?

Rabid,

You can use a factory for camps. The weapons/droids/general type factory will do it.

You don't need to be an artisan.

I'm not sure of the upkeep, but it's similiar to harvesters and houses. Not that bad though.

You may want to pop over to the artisan forums and check out if they have any information on 'em.

There is a thread in the Ranger forums on this topic (sorry, I don't have the exact link).

You will need to make a schematic using a public crafting station and the specialized weapon, droid and general crafting tool. All the resources must be the same, and the schematic itself takes one, so make sure you have enough to get the number of camps you want. A crates holds 25 camps (or traps). As Delta said, the factory is the Equipment Factory that matches the crafting tool.

You might consider renting time on a factory rather than buying one unless you plan on getting into the business of selling camps.
