Hey! This is a pretty cool profession you have here. But, Ihave a question about the meat you harvest from animals. Is this meatedibleat all, or is it just something to sell? I was kind of hoping I could be self sufficient anduse the meat I harvest to boost my health back up. What do I have to do?

Meats are used for all kinds of things. But not as a direct food source. When starting out I suggest harvesting bones and hides. You'll use those the most.

You can use the meat you harvest to eat, but first you would need to get the Artisan/Cooking skill set going. Beyond that, some of our traps require a food type component. You can be self sufficent as a scout though, just wait untill you get forage. While sometimes you get some pretty strange stuff, the food you can forage acts as buffs and comes in handy....

also, if you are going to be a creature handler, then you can feed the food to your pets to help replenish their HAM bars
