One of the advantages listed for the advanced survival skills is that the camps created are susposed to be able to start repelling aggressive creature attacks after you obtain survival II. Well I am currently working survival 3 going to 4 and I've got every creature known to zabrak kind walking through our camps, where is the defence measures? You can't fight out of them because the camp will abandon, so is there something I'm missing or does it come later, i.e. with the high quality camp kit?

I can't say I've ever had anything come into my camp at all. You might want to make sure it isn't following you when you actually set up your camp.
