Got these numbers from the TC-3 skill sheets. wow!

These numbers do appear to be in line with other Combat professions.


We may be getting some more lovin soon.

Todays patch notes said that we would be getting more xp per harvest to make up for the higher requirements.

Was it just harvesting XP or was it all Scout XP? I'm getting CTDed like there's no tomorrow so testing has gone out the window for me.


Things to check on would be Camping, Fishing, Crafting, Camo, Maskscent and Harvesting.

Man....and I wasn't looking foward to grinding through the rest of trapping as it was. Now.....well sheesh....especially since my traps (pre CU) didn't hit anything more powerful than gurrcats on corellia (excuse my spelling), and then I got about 50 xp per.

I did some poking around on test last night. Only the Trapping Line does not use Scouting experience, it still requires Trapping.


All of the other lines, including camping, now use and give Scouting Experience.

what is a good way to get trapping?


I have been fighting level 40mobs and I'm lvl 54. My traps do not hit them. I don't even have Trapping 1. I attack mobs that my traps can hit, and I get 1xp for my trap. Is there a way to get decent trapping xp?

Ill have a look into the trapping progression issues and try get it addressed.

This is developer BS at its most infuriating. They raise the numbers, but then raise the XP per harvest?


Why bother at all? Or is this just an underhanded way of making the elite professions that much harder to master, to prolong the skill grind for the elites, the only content they've got? Because once you hit master in most professions, there is NOTHING TO DO.
