Move "mouse toggle" from the (Alt) to the(Windows) key, this frees up the Alt key so you can have Alt+() commands.

For example I have macros called Hide, Meat, Bone, and LootI use for harvesting. I also set may keyboard so Alt+H runs the Hide macro, Alt+M = meat , Alt+B = Bone and Alt+L = Loot.

Warning: Make sure you don't have it set so both (Alt)and(Windows) keys are "mouse toggles" also the next time you play you may forget you have done this and wonder why your "mouse toggle" is not working
