Thread: Can somebody tell me if trapping is working as intended?

It seems there are issues with other lines but not to the degree of the Trapping line.
Can we get an official reply?
As far as I'm concerned this is game breaking and I cannot get MS unless this is changed.

Just feel free to look at all the thread on the front pages of the scout and ranger forum with the word "Trap" in them. And you will see the answer to your question.

The developers collected our top three bugs as well as our entire bug list (stickied). Trapping was the issue I listed as #1 on both lists. So now you can all join me in watching the dev tracker for patch notes. /crossfingers

I am a MCH and I wanted some Ranger to help find rare's. I have all but given up on that idea. It really sucks something so simple cannot happen. I completely dropped Master Rifleman in hopes of gaining trapping xp. So, now back to Pistol's which last night grouped with 5 people I was getting about 4k xp off each creature. I mean really you can't use traps on people where could someone really complain about exploits or something.
Oh, and my pistol is a DE 10 which anyone could use. A stupid trap and 1 xp.
This game is turning from fun to a pain in the butt.

They are allowing us one final respec - I think a lot of people are planning on using it to get the trapping line unless they fix the issue first.
