This a good excuse to post my camping macro? Or a bit overused lately?
Camping now actually givesscout xp. I haven't tried camping but I assume harvesting is alot faster then camping.
They still hadn't spotted they weren't getting xp from the camps but from the spells in between camps when their guild came out to help them gather resources to make the camps.
I mentioned that they should maybe check in here for 'the macro'.
Seemed. Only. Fair. ~8(
Only wish I'd kept a deed for some Rori swampland, could of sold it to them, eh?
Yes you still get xp from camping. Scout XP. It changed.
No, it is not even close to being a smart way to try and max xp.
example - I am CL 80. I kill a creature, any creature. Under about level 70, I get one weapon xp, no combat xp, and one trap xp. But when I harvest I get the FULL SCOUT XP.
I will say that again - regardless of creature level - YOU GET THE FULL SCOUT XP AMOUNT WHEN YOU HARVEST.
So, if you go out and start slaying lil easy one shot creatures left right and center, you can easily gather scout XP. I filled two FS boxes with Scout XP (luck) at 8-1 in three days. I maxed Scout XP so many times it was insane. I wish I got combat xp as fast.
Of course, if you are too freaking stupid to realize that Scout only requires two types of xp now, and think survival/camping is a separate type of xp, then you deserve to sit in a camp 24/7 with a macro that wastes 30 minutes per shot.
You make the call.

OK, I've tried both ways this week.
Hunting in a CL 80 group , gives my noob 558 rifle xp 55 combat xp and 116 harvest xp per creature.
definately the fastest way to go, as our group was killing Bols on Dant about 1 a minute.
But the camping macro gives 350 xp per 30 mins and is ok when I am at work. Every little helps ![]()
