I assume you mean making crates of traps? To make these you'll need alot of the same resources, a factory, a weapon/droid/equipment crafting station (can be public from a NPC city), and a weapon/droid/equipment crafting tool.
Stand in front of the crafting station and make your trap as usual. Choose create manufacturing schematic instead of create prototype. This schematic will be loaded into your datapad under the data tab. Go to your factory access the schematic slot and choose your schematic. Insert your resources into the ingriedient hopper. Wait awhile (time varies by ammount of traps made and the complexity of the schematic). Take your completed traps out of the output hopper.
To run the factory you'll need credits for maintenance and some sort of power resource (ie radioactive, solar etc).
Or you can just make a bunch by hand using more then one crafting tool.

One thing that you can do to speed up any kind of crafting is to get multiple crafting tools. That way, while one crafting tool is counting down, you can just activate the next one instead of waiting. If you can't find generic crafting tools on the bazaar, ask any artisan to make some for you.
I believe traps can also be factory-produced, but I've never tried it myself.

Ya if you can't get a factory yet extra tools are a good thing.
Generic tools are easy to pick up on the bazzar, drag them to your tool bar so you can watch the timers.
I think you get one new tool every time you train novice artisan. It costs 100 Cr. Just surender the skill and retrain. The rating on the tool isn't going to matter much for making traps either.
I've also used the craft grinding macro to bulk make traps in a pinch but that another thing all together.
