Confirmed. I believe they didn't last long in Beta as I recall either. I was in Beta three and if I remember correctly they were already gone after I started.

I dont understand why Creature Harvesters would keep organics off the market?!

Was it becuase Artisans made them and anyone could use them?

What I was proposing was Traps that Rangers could make and require a Ranger certification to use them, say Advanced Trapping II or III?

If only a small elite section of the player base can use them, how would that keep creature organics off the market?

Anyone can buy and place a Heavy Mining Installation and there are still plenty of minerals being sold on the market...

I hope you or N'Raas can get these traps a second chance... Otherwise, I'll have to vie for Correspondent some month and nobody wants that!

- Once the new traps are added, I will certainly be trying them out (as will every Ranger I'm sure ).

- Hopefully at the same time they will add in trap experimentation and allow more than 5 charges on each.

- I like an orderly inventory, all those 5 charge traps were really cluttering things up.

Squidy,

I feel the exact same way. Unfortunately, the Devs don't.

The idea that no one should be able to solo a red (even with a group)is straight from the mouth of Holo, from the posts he made regarding the T21 nerf/unnerf/nerf/seminerf debacle.

All i know is that i need hides lots of them and since this "update" if you can call it that, i've been forced to untrain domestic arts which i wouldn't need at all if they fixed armor color but thats a whole other issue andmerchantskill which i need to make and sell my armor in order to get my own hides, which is in my opinion complete and total BS. I don't want to be a 1/2 scout because i can't buy a F***ing stack of wooly hide to produce armor. Get with the program DEVs and fix these peoples harvesting ability.

This is a extremly great job. When some of the DEVs work so as u we have no problems with the Game.

100% Agree with what you say and i hope that die DEVs not doing any longer what they will !
To all DEVs. MAKE WHAT THE COMMUNITY WANT. Its not your Game. We all pay for it and we will like it. Don't go the wrong way DEVs. Without the community you are NOTING.

Delta, without being a Zen Buddhist, how can you solowhile being "with a group"? I remember Holo saying he doesn't want people soloing reds but that "(even with a group)" is new to me.

Soj,

I should've been more clear. Holo meant "even grouped with pets". He considers a player with a pet tostill be "solo", and that's what they're basing their balancing off of.

So then Delta, does that mean they are going to keep the group harvest reduction for players with pets? Or will groups only mean with multiple PC's?

I interpret it as leaving the grouped-with-pets issue as unfixed for now. I'm still happy to see a partial fix, it means we can get on with seeing how damaging the 60% rule is to individuals and small groups.

Squid,

My read is the same as Ekh's is.

Holo has already promised GreenMarine's time to the smugglers for the rest of the week, so I don't know if this is going to get fixed anytime soon. But, as everyone said, theres an easy way around it. Just don't group up your pets.

Unfortunately, not grouping with your pets means you don't know at a glance how damaged they are. Pets either don't heal at all, or heal too slowly to be noticed, so they need regular stim loving, and it's a real irritation to need to click on them to see how damaged they are, especially on pets like Kimas, who can vanish beneath the non-collidable flora.

Simple solution yes, but still annoying. I hope you can nudge GreenMarine every once in a while to get this fixed despite your dislike of the CH profession.
